This site collects almost nothing about you. It has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising cookies, and the loan application runs on a separate platform whose privacy policy you see before you type anything. This page sets out what the site can see, what the apply link carries, and what happens to an email you send us.
What this site collects
Nothing that identifies you. The pages are static files served from a content delivery network, and that network keeps the same server logs every host keeps: the time of a request, the page requested and a truncated network address, used to keep the site up and to block abuse. No analytics, tracking pixels or third party scripts load on any page, so no advertiser learns that someone in Eagle Place read about a $300 loan after a night shift.
The "serving" line at the top of the homepage
The line near the top of the homepage that names a city and province is filled in by the delivery network from the general region your connection comes from, at the moment the page is served. Nothing is stored and nothing reaches us. The line exists so the page can say Brantford, Ontario to a reader in Brantford instead of a generic province line. When the network cannot tell, which is common on a mobile connection, the line stays generic, and a reader in Paris or Burford may see a nearby city instead.
What the apply link carries
The apply button sends you to the application platform we work with, and the link carries one thing: a site code that tells the platform which website you came from, so the referral fee can be paid if a loan funds. It carries nothing about you, and this site sends no referrer information. From the moment you land there, the platform's own privacy policy governs everything, including the read-only bank connection and the sharing of your application with licensed lenders serving Ontario.
If you email us
We keep your message for as long as it takes to answer it and fix whatever you raised, and we do not add you to a list or share your address. Please do not send account numbers, identification, bank statements, pay stubs or loan agreements. We cannot act on them and would rather not hold them.
Cookies
None. This site sets no cookies and remembers nothing between visits. Your browser may cache the pages so they load faster the next time you open them, and that copy sits on your phone or laptop, not on any server of ours. Once you are on the application platform, its own cookies and its own policy take over.
The law that applies
The federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act is the law that governs how businesses in Ontario collect, use and keep personal information, and it binds the lenders and the platform, who hold your data, far more than it binds this site, which holds none.
